I approached Liz at a time when I was struggling with my initial draft of The Vixen's Unlikely Marriage, a historical romance. Having had a strong start to the writing, I found issues with the pacing/narrative in the second half of the novel, but could not put my finger on where exactly I was going wrong or how to fix the problem. Her input was invaluable in helping me identify the areas of weakness in my plot and characterisation, with on-point suggestions on how to move the script forward.
